I'd say you guys may want to talk about network security. With all of the recent things in the media such as the whole Snowden thing, and the chinese hackers, everyone is hearing about it. Which results in fear from owners, bosses, and co-workers. Talking about network security and how and what each other may or may not need to patch any holes, will help their careers, and boost security.
I absolutely like this idea.
Speaking for myself, however, I dunno if I feel fully qualified to speak at length on the topic. We all know the basics (firewalls, ACLs, patches, etc) - but to present something new, informative, and helpful? That's something I'd be looking to learn, not to teach. :)
